Yeah, it does but hyperbeam has 270 base power. He just wants it to be about hyperbeam because it supposedly shoots beams out of it's head. I really don't care about it. |

It's a nice but probably unnescessary addition but it sounds cool so it'll just be a design change assuming Laser Vision works...I hope it does. I'm not sure if I tested it or not. Anyway Golduck's Old stat rating: 1.719387192 Lugia's stat rating as of this post (roughly): 1.39625 Um, it looks like I went overboard with making Golduck good statistically. Both pokemon have very different typings and movepools. Dual typing may be superior to mono but otherwise Lugia might have a weaker movepool not considering it's defensive options (c'mon you know Golduck won't tank well). I think I'll weaken Golduck's stats and give it Laser Vision. |
