To: Länlanian Commonwealth
From: Federation of the Jintikian Sea

The Federation of the Jintikian Sea, on behalf of the Federal Republic of Talamhle Chéile, invites officially a delegation of your country in order to find a final and definitive conclusion with the differences and disagreements between both Governments. The meeting will be organized in the capital city of the Democratic Republic of Këszország.

Yours sincerely,
Abbán Dinghám, President of the High Authority of the Federation of the Jintikian Sea

TO: The Federation of the Jintikian Sea
FR: The Länlanian Commonwealth

The Commonwealth shall attend these meeting, though wishes to point out we are not required to renegotiation any terms on a binding, official treaty. We make no promises as to the possibility of a successful renegotiation.

Regardless, myself and a delegation shall be available to make the trip on January 15, 315. We thank you for the patience.

Signed,
Matthew Harder
Councilor of Foreign Affairs
The Länlanian Commonwealth

Republic of Këszország, January 315

The Länlanian delegation was received on Këszi soil by Géza Kálmán, the President of the Democratic Republic of Këszország. After a formal but cold break, the Länlanians moved to the Szövetségi Building, in the center of the city of Gár, the capital city of the Democratic Republic. Once the formalities ended, they were introduced to their new hosts, composed by Abbán Dinghám, the President of the High Authority of the Federation, Fernal Vivonda, High Representative for Jintikian Affairs, and Prime Minister Fintan Rórdán and Minister of Foreign Affairs Éimhín Marcór, the latter two as representatives of the Federal Republic of Talamhle Chéile.

"Is there something you'd like to clarify, before we start our discussion, Mr. Harder?", Dinghán asked.

Councilor Harder sighed, taking his seat across the foreigners. To his left sat the young Prince Lukas, brought along to experience matters of diplomacy, while an aid filled his right. The Jintikians had the sense of mind and simply respect to serve their guests tea, which the three Länlanians happy received. Only Harder took a sip, before setting the cup back on the table. Harder's aid carried a suitcase, keeping it on his lap as he studied the foreigners.

Lukas was silent, his attention focused on the Councilor. Harder's attention, however, was focused on the men and women across him. A polite smile sprung across his face as he answered, "I believe not, Sir Dinghám. You're aware of my country's feelings as to the subject at hand. Why don't we dive straight into the negotiations?"
