KAAR-99

The KAAR-99 (Khapuz Arms Assault Rifle-299) was developed by Khapuz Arms, Inc. in 299 in response to the East Uroca War. A new infantry weapon was needed as old weaponry proved unreliable on the battlefield, and so there was a miniature arms race between arms companies to develop a new infantry rifle.

After extensive testing, the KAAR-99 was found to be extremely reliable, even after being put through extreme conditions. It could be dropped in water, buried in dirt, and beaten up and still fire.

ARMY ORGANIZATION

The Army squad will usually consist of anywhere from 7-10 soldiers and has 7 different types of soldiers in them, which consist of the following:

Squad Leader -- The Squad Leader is the commanding officer of the squad. He directs the squad and receives orders from his superiors pertaining to his squad's role in whatever situation may be presented.

Team Leader -- The Team Leader is in command of a Fire Team, which is a smaller unit of soldiers within the squad. The Team Leaders take their orders from the Squad Leader and direct their Fire Teams as such.

Rifleman -- The Rifleman is the basic foot soldier. He is armed with a standard-issue assault rifle.

Autorifleman -- The Autorifleman is armed with a light machine gun. His role generally consists of providing suppressive or covering fire--basically spew out lots of bullets at the enemy.

Combat Medic -- The Combat Medic is the squad's medical expert, he provides quick patch-ups for soldiers on the field so they can continue the fight, but is no replacement for a doctor. The Combat Medic usually doubles as a Rifleman.

Anti-Tank -- The Anti-Tant (AT) man is responsible for dealing with enemy armor when the squad encounters it. They carry anti-tank launcher(s). Note: All soldiers in the Kubanizan Army are trained in the use of anti-armor launchers, the AT man is just given it as his specific job and is more of an expert in the use of AT.

Anti-Air -- The Anti-Air (AA) man is responsible for dealing with enemy air when the squad encounters it. They carry anti-air launcher(s). Note: All soldiers in the Kubanizan Army are trained in the use of anti-air launchers, the AA man is just given it as his specific job and is more of an expert in the use of AA.
