Bach's Center of Success and Achievement Ground Regulations ---The Rules and the Consequences 1. No illegal substances permitted on the premises (BCSA Academic Building, BCSA Dormitories, and BCSA Athletic Fields) ---Possession of such substances would be punishable by law and any student caught with such substances in his/her possession will be turned over to the proper authorities. 2. No weapons will be permitted on the premises. ---Possession of such items would be punishable by law and any student caught with such items in his/her possession will be turned over to the proper authorities. 3. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises. ---Possession of such beverages in any form would be punishable by law and any student caught with such beverages in his/her possession will be turned over to the proper authorities. 4. There will be no smoking permitted on the premises. ---Such an offense would be punishable by law and any student caught committing said offense will be turned over to the proper authorities. 5. Electronic devices (i.e. cellular phones, electronic organizers, hand-held games, MP3 players, CD players, etc.) are not permitted to be operational in the BCSA Academic Building and BCSA Athletic Fields. They are, however, allowed in the BCSA Dormitories. ---Any electronic devices that are discovered to be operational in the BCSA Academic Building or the BCSA Athletic Field will be confiscated. 6. School uniforms must be worn during school hours. Manipulation or alteration of these uniforms will not be tolerated. Uniforms that have been permanently damaged must be replaced. ---Students discovered not wearing the appropriate uniform will be sent back to their dormitories immediately. 7. Physical abuse and emotional abuse that can be proven will not be permitted. ---Students discovered physically abusing other students will be suspended, turned over to the proper authorities, and upon return must complete an amount of school service hours that will be determined by the situation. If the case can be proven, students discovered emotionally abusing other students will be suspended and sentenced to a week of counseling with the current Guidance Counselor. 8. Stealing will not be permitted. ---Any student discovered stealing or attempting to steal will first be forced to return the stolen item (if possible) and then be turned over to the proper authorities. 9. Cheating and/or plagiarism will not, under any circumstances, be tolerated. ---Students discovered cheating and/or plagiarizing will be immediately suspended and sentenced to an amount of school service hours that will determined by the situation. Rules are subject to change at any time. All students will be notified of such changes. |
