you should - consider it an integral part of your education and good training for your future

I'll be down your way tomorrow, PK - I'm flying down to Sydney for a few days and I'll be staying not far from you, if my memory is correct

.....Daniel's leavin' tonight on a plane, I can see the red tail-lights headin' for Spain...oh, and, I can see Daniel waving goodbye....God it looks like Daniel........must be the clouds in my eyes

Oh dear, this is going to end badly. And at least you're happy with your job.

I can see the heavy drinking, but that seems independent of the work in civil construction.

Sydney was lovely - more so for the lovely folk I spent my time with than for actually being in Sydney (not my all time fav place)

good to be home, though, and breathe clean Brissy air once again

y'know what i am really truly loathing at the moment??

tv - i watch abc & sbs mainly - the rest is turning to crappola
anyone who has read the 'Womens Murder Club' books and attempted to watch the drivel that's being passed off as the tv adaptation knows what i mean

Crapola is what TVs for. If you want good stimulating activity find the nearest wall and drive your head into it...or watch a movie.

We all need mental downtime TV works well for that sort of thing

I agree - that's why I watch a lot of sci-fi :)

watched 'Gabriel' on the w'end in an effort to unwind - supremely terrible film, dreadful acting, terrible America accents by many of the Aussie actors in it - bloody awful

i think it could have been a tidy little film but the dialogue was cliche' driven and I found myself laughing out loud at some of the more 'moving' parts of the film.

i only felt moved to stop watching it but didn't - should have

Phrase of the day:
Golden Turkey A movie or show that so bad that you go out of your way to watch it for laughs eg. ACA, Today Tonight, B Grade Horror (The beast of Yucca Flats is the "best" i've seen)
