Swing those sexy hips!

There has definitely been some really weird weather lately... it was so cold two nights of last week, i needed an extra blanket... in the middle of summer... the nice electrical/hail/rainstorm that hit sydney last week was also interesting.. lightning hit the powerpole in front of our house. There was a flash, and a huge bang and the lights went out for about a minute before they came back on... then i had to face the lightning by going outside so we could switch the normal electricity back on because the switch had tripped. *shakes head at crazy weather* i just hope it stays warmer for longer this year, we were ripped off last year. it got cold in April :( which is way too early. *looks at the emoticons* hrm, valentines day. I've never really subscribed to it, feels too shallow and makes you expect a present. i don't want to expect a present, its much nicer on a normal day of the year, makes it more special surprise presents are so nice!
but i suppose its a good excuse for a romp in the hay
;) hugs and kisses |

Watched the DVD of "The Hebrew Hammer" recently. For those who haven't seen it, it is essentially the Jewish version of Shaft, except the Hammer is rescuing Hannukah from the Jew hating heir to the Santa dynasty. It's fairly funny, if you have some knowledge or understanding of some of the Jewish customs

Lost In Translation=very good movie! As a not so random follow-up thought, I bought my all time favourite movie on DVD a week ago: Falling Down (Joel Schumacher movie starring Michael Douglas and Robert Duvall). Is a top watch indeed! |

Watching Mortal Kombat, wishing it was Jackie Chan's Police Story or at least Rush Hour, as it was previously advertised in the TV guide. Mortal Kombat = Average Film, Very Average Film. |
