We usually only had to do even numbers of questions because the odds didn't have answers.

Yes, that's me in a toga.
Random thought - Canberra is facing some serious skills shortages at present. Well, that's not anything new, but I didn't expect that I am facing a six month waiting period just to visit my opthamologist to get my eyes checked out.

Another thought - Sydney last weekend was like being in the Bahamas - warm, humid, barmy, bright, and the girls were sporting tight tank tops and short shorts which took my breath away. It's still too cold to be wearing those kinds of clothes in Canberra.

don't come up to QLD in a hurry then, you'll have heart failure when you see what they're wearing up here - I think our summer has started early

no offense to other women on this board but summer is a dangerous season - skimpy fashions are certainly preferable in the QLD heat but there are still styles and sizes that perhaps should not mix

i'm sure i've been guilty of fashion faux pas a time or two but seriously....c'mon girls!!

That's true. A girl wearing sensible but fashionably chic gear (I'm thinking something along the lines of Triny and Susannah chic) can be just as sexy, perhaps even more so, than skimpy gear.

Sometimes skimpy gear can make a girl look - and I'm really sorry to use these terms but it has to be said - skanky and bogan-esque :6pack:

:rofl never be afraid to speak the truth!

i've been on public transport quite a bit over the past week (school holidays at the moment) and have been a tad disturbed at what is passing for Brisbane fashion sense at the moment

young lasses of a certain build should avoid the sheer, netted stocking looking (under short shorts) - they remind me of tied up christmas hams

*sigh* i fear summer brings out the bogan-esque in Brisbane with a vengeance

wherefore art thou Trinny & Susan?

Then again, I saw a girl walking to a mall with short black hair wearing a flanelette shirt, black short shorts, fishnets, and black leather work shoes . . .

So is any one else here into 2nd life? I just got around to checking it out a few days ago, and am slowly learning how to do things and get free stuff :) But me being the shy person I am, I find it hard striking up conversations with strangers in there, so if anyone here wants to meet up with me in there and maybe introduce me to some people or something that would be cool, or any tips on cool islands to visit would be cool too :)

Gipps, i've got a 2nd life account - i'll dig it up and see what's what
