This thread is for people who just can't get enough of certain games, and keeps playing them over and over even after they've had it for a year or so. My list: 1. Planescape: Torment - Easily the best RPG in existance, in my honest and yeah, humble opinion. Read a review on it here. (Sidenote to Diabolic: The review states that it makes Baldur's Gate look lame.) 2. Deus Ex - Easily the best shooter, even though this thing is ancient and the graphics are massively outdated. The story is INCREDIBLY rich, and the dynamics of the game allow you to play any way you choose. Read a review of that one here. 3. Tales of Symphonia - Yes, it's cliche'd, yes, it's rather limiting, and yes, it is fucking fun. I played this game a few times through. 4. Second Sight - Just finished playing that game for the fourth or so time It's a particularly easy game, but it's just too damn fun to telekinetically pick somebody off the ground and throw them over a cliff. No, that isn't the only good part about the game, but it's WAY up there.

all right, here goes: 1. Baldur's Gate II - i've played this game so damned many times, i couldn't even begin to count how many times, it's been that many. (oh, and Mr. Libertine, huff nuts, i don't care what some stupid review said, Baldur's Gate pwns all) 2. The Sims 2 - i have played this soooo many times, not mention own every expansion pack known to man that came out for it (though i don't have the most recent one, but have been seriously considering it.) 3. Neverwinter Nights - the original. oh yeah. since i lost the cd's, i haven't been able to play it for evar. but, i played the hell out of it i assure you, when it was still fresh and new. 4. Diablo II - barbarian rage! FUCK YEAH! 5. Dungeon Siege - you just can't beat a hack and slash that allows you to beat the shit out of things with a garden hoe. |
