Brigadier Posts: 207 Group: Members Member #180 Joined: November 28, 2004	only really weak contries cant defend against a french attack. even if they have a smaller force than Frances they are probably just as well equipped. i am surprised people are actually in the French army there is like a curse on them so that they will never win anything! if French v english english would still win. they have poor fighting tactics compared to others.

Yes France will probably lose vs the US but its not a push over Quote: Think what you whant but il be lauthing my *** of when u decide to join a third world army going to war with France and die as a consequence because you thought France would run away and surender. so.... u think that france isnt a push over eh? well ill prove you wrong and believe you me it isnt very hard to find evidence. lemme see... there was Vietnam ... now that was a bad one. the french lose to some vietnamese with a cuople of rifles. 80% of their war costs near the end of their reign over the Vietnamese (if you can ever call it conquest) was funded by the USA. still they managed to lose with one final battle Dien Bien Phu. i mean i have to hand it to the french they did lose spectatularly. about 11,000 casualties and 57,000 captured. they chose their fortification in a vally. i mean thats stupid for a start because the vietnamese just shelled them form all directions because they had a hiehgt advantage. the french even had the back up of an airforce which they didnt even use! apart form transport of food. many planes got shot down by the artillery and the airstip was destroyed anyway. the french did what they do best. they pulled out. thereby quite cowardly leaving (not even gracefully leaving) this quagmire as it was soon to be, to the americans. i apologise is any of my facts were wrong but most of the figures are close and that the basic gist of the story anyways.
