Why's no-one playing Heart? Just give her a chance people! So, some basic BnB's for Heart: Non-HC combos 2A-2B-2C-236A ->Basic Combo starter for Heart. As 236A dashes, HC6-5A possibilities are available regardless of distance from opponent after 2C 2A-2B-2C-236A-236AB ->Basic combo to super. 236AB causes wall bounce so it is possible to HC and continue, though it's best to avoid such. 2A-2B-2C-236A-623AB -> Basic combo to super. 623AB floats very high so it's possible to HC5 and continue the combo. HC combos 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-5C-236A -> Self-explanatory. Basic... not very effective... waste of Homing gauge. Best used for HC6 practice. 2A-2B-2C-236A-623AB->HC5-j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C -> followup air combo after 623AB that ends with a knockdown. Always beautiful to watch! 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-5C->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->Basic combo to air combo. j.2C knocks down and keeps the offensive pressure on your side. IAD combos (the centerpiece of Heart's offensive game!) 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->(IAD)j.A-j.B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->A more simple IAD combo. Good for practicing IADs. 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->(IAD)j.B (land)->6B->(IAD)j.A-j.B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->A more advanced IAD combo as it involves 2 IADs. One of my signature Heart combos! *2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->[(IAD)j.B (land)->6B]x2->(IAD)j.B-j.4B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->Longer version of previous combo with 3 IADs. A fun one, no doubt! *2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->6B->(IAD)j.B-j.4B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->Similar to the previous one, but deals more damage with one less IAD. I never imagined this to be possible outside a corner... shows just how badass Heart can be! 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->[(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->6B]x2->(IAD)j.A-j.B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->A much more complicated IAD combo (3 IADs) and, soon to be, my true signature Heart combo. Make sure you give credit to the one that gave you this combo! (20 glorious hits of pure pain!) Btw... this works best in the corner. 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->5C-236B->HC6-6B->(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->6B->(IAD)j.A-j.B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C ->A variation of the previous combo utilizing 2 HCs. Might be more difficult than the previous one, though I find it easier. (22 exquisite hits!) Still making more! Let me know if there's any issues with any of these combos. Always remember, timing plays a huge role with Heart which is why she can be quite the difficult character to play. [size=7]CAUTION: 36 HITS, 7 IADs, 3 HOMING GAUGES[/size] ![]() 2A-2B-2C-236A->HC6-5A-6B->[(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->6B->(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->5C-236B->HC6-6B]x2->(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->6B->(IAD)j.A-j.C (land)->6B->(IAD)j.B-j.4B (land)->j.A-j.B-j.4B->(j.c.)j.A-j.B-j.2C - MY MASTERPIECE!!! HAVE FUN WITH THIS ONE! (Last hit misses Kira... I still don't understand that girl's hitbox!) [EDIT] In Heart's IAD combos, you can replace the "(IAD)j.A-j.B" with "(IAD)j.A-j.4B". I believe this is a far better alternative as j.4B has longer stun-time as well as less knockback. |

Hell... her wiki page has nothing!!! It's so saddening because I find her to be a very solid character. I guess not many can enjoy her style. Either way, I'ma start up some Heart luv on these boards. |

Actually, I believe this vid is what made me think to pick up Heart. Her IAD combos are just INSANE! They're hard as hell, but are just too damn sweet. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMGsJqCM0To [EDIT] Check vids section for more Heart match vids. |

Hahah ohh man, that corner IAD loop is always so fun to watch, hard to pull off though  So far this is what I use. 2ABC->236+A->HC6->5AC->236+B->5A6B->IAD j.AC->236+B->623+AB->HC5->j.BC->j. 214+C |

The trick to getting most of the IADs in the corner is to step in after landing, before doing 6B. My biggest issue is the timing of the 6B when stepping in. If it's too early, the j.C will miss and if it's too late, the j.A will miss. I am starting to get the combos down a bit better. I've also noticed Heart has quite a bit of combo potential! |

I use 5C for combo extending for the first 2 IAD's, it helps with the damage, but I might try replacing it all with 6B's... |

5C's good for damage, but with 6B Heart steps forward more making it easier to continue the combo. It may be possible to do these combos with 5C instead of 6B, but it's a lot easier with 6B and the damage difference is not significant. (Hell, Heart just does good damage anyway!) [EDIT] Added one new IAD combo. A new favorite! :D |

Added some new info for Heart's IAD combos. Can't believe I didn't consider j.4B instead of j.B! Damn, I'm slow!!! I'm no longer worthy of playing Heart!

Added 2 more IAD combos (the ones with a "*"). As of now, I'll be taking a break from Heart and try come up with some Saki and Kamui combos. With any luck, I can come up with some as badass as these Heart combos! Wouldn't want my Heart to be too much better than my Saki and Kamui!
