Which version of DB/Z/GT did you see, Japanese, English, another or maybe both? For myself i've seen some jap eps before, i greatly prefer English, i believe this is the only anime i prefer to see english :P |

I've seen both. While I like the English voices better, the Japanese version has the original music for it, which makes it a better watch. They even out in the end, liked both. |

i haven't seen the jap version and if i did i would probably like that better. the voice acting in DBZ isn't so hot. There are plenty other animes that actually have better dubs (yet people still complain). hell the naruto dub is 10X's better than this rubbish. :lonely: |

You like the Naruto dub more than the Dragon Ball Z? Lol i have heard bad things about the naruto dub but nothing about dragon ball z -_- |

The acting on DBZ is far worse than the Naruto dub if you compare the two back to back. DBZ dub during fighting scene sounds like everyone is constipated. Not only that the dub (brodcast version) edits out almost every trace of blood and they even have the nerve to mess with the original soundtrack. Where as the naruto dub has the original music and theyre aren't many edits to begin with anyways, most of them are unnoticable in the first place. I just went back to play my DBZBudokai3 game and it lets you choose a Japanese track and you get to here the character's Japanese VA. As for Goku sounding like a women? yeah he pretty much does if you compare it with the english verson. I think it's just fine. This is all about opinion anyways. :relax: |

exactly the same way naruto is voiced by a women in the Japanese and english versions. |

Note: Naruto is a younger character, so it doesn't matter that he sounds like a girl. Goku on the other hand (ah crap how old is he again?) well, he's old....old guys shouldn't have a womens voice lol. |

Well I've watched DBZ growing up before I even knew of the internet so I've only watched the english version. Is the japanese version any better? |
