This was suggested in the FRA forum, is it something that AWP might be interested in? I think its a good idea and it has its merits, we could set up a government where one member of the government is actually elected/appointed to be our Regional Exchange Officer |

Nice concept. Are we looking at exchanging for fixed periods like where the swap ensures both institutions and nations are committed to making the most the full term, or a bit more lassez faire? |

Not an unreasonable idea. What duties would we have an REO perform in our region? And what would we hope for one to learn elsewhere? Also, I think a fixed term would probably be better, possibly a fairly short one to begin with as a test. |

How in the world can you post in here? Anyway.... I don't think it really helps us to have people go off and work in smaller regions... it takes a ton of work to make a small region a medium/large region... and if we have someone who can do a lot of work i'd like to have them here. That being said... I'd be more than happy to take anyone from the smaller regions as "interns" so to speak. From my experience though people can't really be taught NS. The best people in the game that I know all taught themselves... They can be taught the basics though. |
