Information:

Founded in March of 2007, A World Power was once one of the largest regions in Nationstates, and is currently re-building to its former glory! We as a region hold no specific political ideology, but nations organise themselves into Great Houses of likeminded individuals. The leaders of the three largest Houses form a Triumvirate which is responsible for leading the region. We believe in open elections for all citizens of our region and operate a one of the major defender forces in the game, which protects regions across Nationstates from invasion.

Welcome to A World Power!

Our forum acts as the hub of our community, and is where our Government, Citizens Assembly, and Regional Defence Force are coordinated. But it's not all serious business! The legendary Rucket Park is full of polls, spam games and nonsense chat, our Role Playing Pavilion is the place for all your roleplaying needs, and the A World Power Center is where we get to know each other.

I've read Les Miserables and War and Peace my last two big breaks and both were great!

Count of Monte Cristo was the best book I've ever read followed by Les Miserables.

So read... spend some quality time on www.cbo.gov and the cia world factbook...

and then recruit away :P

we need more people :P

and then get a gym membership or some weights and get in shape.

Spare time when I'm not doing classwork or at work:

1. Playing D&D with my friends
2. Cleaning up my place
3. Playing Xbox Live
4. Reading the backlog of sci fi novels I have
5. Work on RP stuff :ph43r:

I play computer games all the time, when I'm bored with a particular game I move onto another game. Sometimes when I'm bored with all the games I install an old game that I used to play. I also watch tv a lot.

Other than that, at night time is when I'm out all the time. I do tafe 2 days a week, scouts 2 days a week, athletics training 2 days a week etc. I also work now so I am filled in for the week.

To reiterate I am out most nights and I'm free during the day, when I'm not working I play computer games or watch TV. I can even play with our pet cat. Computer games ftw!

Exercise: find a sport you like, go for a walk or bike ride, lift weights, go dancing... whatever you find entertaining or at least tolerable. keeping your body in tolerable shape is the BEST thing you'll ever do for yourself.

Catch up and keep current on your sleep. Being short on sleep is detrimental in a whole HOST of ways. To this end, cut back on caffiene, particularly in the hours before bed.

Play computer games. not shooters. Strategy, RTS or TBS; MMOs are tolerable for socilization if you don't have much of an active social life (asuming so, or you'd have things to do)

Take up an activity that's not normal for your area, just to try it. I've been ice skating much of this year, with an eye toward joining a hockey league when my schedule changes in a few months. As I'm a rather hefty older fellow in the southern US, this is definitely not a "typical" activity. ;)

Some team sport where you can get into a league as an individual: softball, volleyball, maybe soccer or tennis. If those are a bit too active for you right now, think bowling, darts, billiards/pool, golf. All skills that improve with practice.

Target shooting, archery or firearms.

Select some from the above list based on both income and preference. But always rememebr to try a completely new thing (for you) once a year or so, and give it a few tries. You never know what will turn out to be a new fun activity, or where you might meet people.

Well... it did take me about 400 pages to figure out who the main characters were (according to the back of the book he has over 500 characters in the book or something and at least 60 had to be semi-main in some parts :P)

But since I was reading it on my own will (and didn't have to write a stupid paper on it or anything) it wasn't bad.

Read, learn a language, learn an instrument, learn to cook (or cook more!)

I'm already doing all of that. I cook for my family, clean up after them, do all the dishes, I'm in AP classes in highschool, have the highest grade in my Japanese class, learning to play the guitar and my family doesn't have much money so I can't go out and do stuff with my friends. We were behind rent for the last 4 months. So maybe something that doesn't cost much. I just reading or running are my main options.

what is this "spaer tyme" of which you speak? It sounds utterly foreign to me.
"Mighty little force is needed to control a man whose mind has been hoodwinked; contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, a man whose mind is free. No, not the rack, not fission bombs, not anything — you can't conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him." ~ Robert A. Heinlein
