Protection of Market Rights AWP refers to 00000 A World Power. Citizenship is defined as holding a place on the regional map This bill shall dictate the rights reserved by business owners over their business and the protection they have from government intervention. 1. With the interests of stimulating the economy in mind, any citizen of AWP may open up a business in their name or in partnership with another. a) Any non-citizen of AWP may open up a business pending Senate approval by simple majority. i) Any non-citizen wishing to buy shares in a company registered in the name of a citizen may not acquire a controlling percentage of the shares in that company. ii) Any shares over the 50% limit will be placed in control of the government and compensation may be provided at the disgression of a market tribunal. B) Businesses opened by citizens no longer require Senate approval to be created. 2. Businesses may be closed by the owner at any time they wish providing they are financially able to settle balances with creditors and debtors. a) Any business that falls into inactivity may be closed by unanimous vote of the AWP Senate. The settling of debts must be mediated by a Market Tribunal. i) In the absence of such a tribunal, responsibility will be passed on to the AWP Senate. B) Active businesses may only be closed for illegal practice on the advice of the Judiciary, or in the absence of a judicial branch, the AWP Senate. 3. Businesses maintain the right to practice their trade freely and without government intervention. a) The right to maintain private business and business practises is only subordinate to AWP law. This is a bill I am proposing and would like my Senator to put forward. In the absence of a Northern Senator, could the Founder bring it to the attention of the Senate in place of the Senator. This law enhances the rights of business owners and does away with the process for requiring Senate approval for private businesses to be set up by citizens. |

A Excellent piece of legislation, freeing us of one part on the bureaucratic hill that is business creation... Would any southern member kindly talk to their senator? This legislation gives the general right to any citizen to open any company at any time and end it at any time, this is to be congratulated. Further ideas for future consideration that occur to me are: Requirements to sone information should be made public. Record keeping Multiple businesses owned by over businesses/business investment in stock. If businesses can pay creditors because owner emptied the account, will owners fund be seized? Rights over creating Accounts for businesses+ fair use of these accounts- voting in polls. What happens to accounts after business end/failure? The process of listing stock Taxation Contracts/Bidding Process Regionalisation- will seized businesses ever be continued under gov. Etc. I think the think about business accounts could be very tied to your written bill; it is after something that must be created, etc |

Theres a number of avenues to explore, but where you suggesting they should be written into this proposal or should follow it as separate proposals? What do other members of the district assembly think? |

I think the bill is fine, If anything of the above fits in with its general reform point it could be incluced, I thought a article about the right of citizens to create business forum accounts (implied in your bill) could be made explicit. I am interested to hear everyone else's opinion; who out there plans a future in business, who out their already runs a business and who out there is currently waiting for their business to be passed (moi). |

Just thinking of the application form I filled in for TAFNEAN i think it benefited me to think out my business plan. Some form of self-certification, where a business provides some of the information that would have gone into the application in its office, could be very helpful and keep a business on track. |

The tribunal would most likely liquidate their business and sell off assets etc to pay debtors if necessary. Can you present this to the Southern District for us so that your Senator can put it forward? |
