What do they do? The basic purpose of a World Assembaly (WA) delegate is to use the endorsements of the regions nations to vote on proposals. A delegate casts their vote along with extra votes for every endorsement they posses. However, a delegate may also approve proposals to bring them up for vote. For a proposal to reach the voting stage it must meet quorum (this number depends on the number of delegates) before a set time period. The also delegate acts as the face of the region to most outside observers as well as acting as the regions representitve in the WA, so they will also have to respond to Telegram's from other regions not just about WA resolutions/proposals but also about other happenings in NS. If anyone thinks there is anything to add post below, but that covers most of the delegates duties. |

Well they have a much greater role in founderless regions, but I'll expand on that later unless someone else beats me! |

*beats Numero with nearest weighty object* The WA delegate usually has control of the World Factbook Entry and power to eject and ban other members of the region depending on what powers the regional founder grants. If there is no founder, the WA delegate has the full power of the founder. What are the duties of the delegate here on the forum? |
| "Mighty little force is needed to control a man whose mind has been hoodwinked; contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, a man whose mind is free. No, not the rack, not fission bombs, not anything — you can't conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him." ~ Robert A. Heinlein | |

Well the delegate dosen't really have any offical forum duties as such. They are a global mod and may use that power as much as they wish, they are also able to vote in the senate on issues and are generally responsible for the maintence of the WA area. However, all these jobs are up to the current delegate in terms of how they are performed. |
