Hi Posts: 2,077 Group: Global Moderator Member #3 Joined: December 22, 2003	ok lets do the fade on a simple ASCII. i chose this one because its simple ----#########-------#######--########-########--########-- ---###-----###-----#######--#######----########--########- --###-------###---###------###------------##--------##---- -###############-###------###-------------##--------##---- -###---------###--####----###-------------##--------##---- --###-------###-----###----###------------##--------##---- ---###-----###-----###------###-----------##--------##---- ----###---###-----###--------#######---########--########- -----###-###--######----------#########-########--######## ok. lets start with the vertical fade. you take the ASCII and go to the first line of it. if there are any symbols you replace them with a different symbol (ex:!) you do that for the whole line until it looks like this. ----!!!!!!!!!-------!!!!!!!--!!!!!!!!-!!!!!!!!--!!!!!!!!-- ---###-----###-----#######--#######----########--########- --###-------###---###------###------------##--------##---- -###############-###------###-------------##--------##---- -###---------###--####----###-------------##--------##---- --###-------###-----###----###------------##--------##---- ---###-----###-----###------###-----------##--------##---- ----###---###-----###--------#######---########--########- -----###-###--######----------#########-########--######## then you go to the next line and do the same thing except this time replace the # with a different symbol than the line above it like @ you do that down the whole ASCII ok now for the replacing you take your hex codes make like a table (just to make it easy) it will look like this !=F5F5F5 (<thats an example) you do that for all the codes. then you go to edit and click replace. a box will come up. in find you put the first symbol (!) then under it you put: Code: `[color=F5F5F5]#[/color]` but you replace the "F5F5F5" with the hex code you have. then click on replace all. do the same thing for all of the hex codes and symbols then....your done! hope this helps
