(no link) Colour Scheme: yellow ducks, blue and purple bubbles Size (in pixels): its for a sig for a forum, so not so big it'll stretch the board Animations:bubbles floating Things to avoid (what you don't want in your image): stuff so u can't see the thing that says kater tot can u make the border squiggly?
