For this tutorial, I will change this:

Ok. So we start off with

Make a new layer. Fill it with any color, make sure it is fully filled. On the Layers palette make the Fill = 0.
Make your foreground in the layers palette #FFFFFF (white).
Go to gradient overlay, and then select the Foreground to Transparent preset gradient.
Choose the angle to something around 15º or -15º.
Select the "Reflected" gradient style
And play with the blend modes and opacity until you find what you like.
Now move the gradient all the way to the left, until you cannot see it.
IMPORT INTO IMAGEREADY
Duplicate the first frame and select the new second frame.
Go back into Photoshop and move the gradient all the way to the right until you cannot see it.
Switch back to Imageready yet again and select the second layer.
Click the Tween frames button (looks like a bunch of little circles fading out) and make the amount of frames to tween about 30, on all layers.

There you have it, you should have something like this:
