Step 1: Open PSP and set the Width 989 And Height 989 Step 2: Choose from the styles section the foreground gradient. Step 3: Make the angle 39 and repeats 33 and make the style a linear gradient if it isn't already Step 4: Choose edit and start editing the Gradient. Step 5: Hit "Custom" and make it Blue. Use HTML code #000080 (don't worry you'll see why later) Step 6: Can't quite describe this part. Setup your screen to look like this: ![]() Step 7: Now click through the "Ok"s until you get back to your screen. Step 8: Grab and airbrush and just draw. Fill the whole thing. Step 9: Go to "Colors" And press "Colorize" Set the Hue to 0 and Make the saturation 255 Step 10: Go to "Effects - > Blur" and Give it a Gaussian Blur. Set the Radius to 7.93 Finished Product Should look like this: ![]() You're done! You should now have a " Candy-Cane Zoomed in " background. Enjoy.
