Remember, this tutorial is only a guide, play around with the settings until you are happy. 1. Open a new document and select the gradient tool with these settings: ![]() 2. Now go left to right (or right to left) holding down shift so you get something like this: ![]() 3. Now once you are happy, go to Image -> Adjustments -> Invert or Ctrl + I. ![]() 4. Next Filter -> Stylize -> Glowing Edges and I used these settings: ![]() 5. Go to Filter -> Render -> Lighting Effects. Now I used these settings, but play around with the position and colours. ![]() 6. Now create a new layer ( or Layer -> New -> Layer…). Now press D to reset your colours and then go to Filter -> Render -> Clouds7. Now again go to Filter -> Stylize -> Glowing Edges. I had these settings: ![]() 8. next set your Blending Options to colour dodge: ![]() 9. Now add text and a border and you are done.
