Here is the latest trailer Capcom is using to show Resident Evil:Revelations at the Tokyo Games Show. Easily one of the biggest third party games in development for the 3DS, Revelations is due out in 2012. The game is reported to have all new creatures that are not the Los Ganados from RE4 & 5, nor do the enemies suffer from the infamous T-Virus.

Discuss the game and the trailer below.

This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by CAPCOM CO., LTD..

At least that is all I am getting from this vid Lum.
Well that's the game I will buy a 3DS for to play anyway.
I simply must have every RE game they make, that is all.

Wow that's just too bad. Hopefully I can get a new copy soon but maybe not till after the Tokyo Games Show begins.

And I still will not get a DS. Not because I do not want a good mobile gaming platform for when I have night shift but because I will not agree to the teams and condition's that are imposed on the DS.

I catch the train to work and back everyday. At the moment I play Resident Evil Mercenaries and get about an hour and a half of handheld gaming in when not at home daily. To me the 3DS is powerful enough to cater for my needs. The graphics on Mercenaries already impress me and Revelations will only be better. It's the PS Vita's job to tell me I need a more powerful handheld.

I notice the anti Nintendo sentiments on this site but it's usually over power, graphics etc. It's great if your getting a PS Vita but don't for a second think this battle will only be fought on those terms.

I like the long bat life on the DS and I like Pokemon. BUT The T and S I will not agree to. It is not that I like Sony over Nintendo it is that Nintendo shot itself in the foot when they wrote and T and C for the 3DS. I own a DS. First gen. I play it. I like it. Will not upgrade until thins change.

Yeah the T&C's are definitely over the top but every system update has been voluntary so far and let's be honest here, the T&C's only affects the end user who wants to pirate games. X-Box Live & PS Network already ban users from playing online if a chip is detected so this problem is not a Nintendo only one.

OK first things first, the trailer above has been fixed. Watch it above!

@Dice - Yeah that user agreement allows Nintendo to use things like user created Mii's without permission. It also can be argued that Nintendo can access and use your photos, music and other user created content but this was clarified on a Nintendo site that, this is just a precaution related to piracy eg. downloadable content.

This game looks so awesome! Why can't if fill the gap of games being released in October? But anyway I loved RE2 and 4 and they say that it's returning to the scary form of Resident Evil which is great. If it can be scarier than Papa Sangre, then I will go over to Japan and give the Biohazard creator guy a hug.

Well Resident Evil 4 though widely considered the best in the series, was not a true survival horror game like the original Resident Evil games. However Resident Evil 4 brought sublime new controls and a real 3D engine. Resident Evil Revelations is using a souped up RE4/5 engine but the game is aiming to go back to it's roots as far as scares.

@Sephiroth - I absolutely cannot wait for this game either. The demo looks intriguing to say the least and the ship and new snowy environments is a welcome change to the norm.
