Yeah high schools are like that sometimes, this one time at my school this guy got bashed like everyday of the week. Also i witnessed some guy punch another person in the face and break nose. I think high schools are all the same there's always going to be fighting

Your lucky the only chick fight I've seen fight at my school was when a girl grabbed another girls hair and was twisting it. But i can't remember what it was over though probably something small.

Ok well I have dislocated my knee about 5 times. Got stitches on one elbow by accidentally going through a window..lol! Burnt my back really bad because of some candles that caught my t-shirt on fire but I recovered 100%. Had a minor head injury by going over a ledge with my BMX back when I was a kid. Chipped half a tooth from falling onto a pole when I was six. Got hit by a car going pretty slowly when I was 12.

However my scariest near death experience was in a rip in Lakes Entrance in Victoria. I thought I was being swept out to sea but instead I got pushed towards the shore.

I have gone injury free virtually through my whole life, one of the hardest footy players and yet only come out with a couple of concussions nothing to major

Worst i have done like it isn't even that bad but my muscles forever are tight no matter what, so no matter what i do i shall be forever close to tearing muscles but footy is worth the pain no matter what :P

I had a very simular thing happen to me at Lakes Entrance and I'm a trained surf life saver, luckily it happened to me on te shore line and I was able to just hold onto the sand while the water washed out

Suicide I saw the wall,
But I didn't take any notice of it. Haha :D

I also forgot to mention this.
When I was a baby my mother hit my head on a door frame. That will explain most of your stories people.

One time I was doing a snorkel at a place called Turquoise Bay (think I got the right place)

It was something called a drift snorkel, it is basically a snorkel, but instead of swimming yourself you kind of relax and let the current take you through a certain route, sounds dangerous and it is but you just have to be aware of the safe areas. The current is very strong and on my third snorkel at that location I was in the water, telling some teenagers that I was instructing where the safe areas were, I stupidly went close to a dangerous area but thought I still had a few metres to spare, guess I didn't as I started drifting out towards sea.

The place isn't too big and there were no lifeguards but luckily I'm an alright swimmer and know what to do in those situations so I eventually swam out of the current but instead of going to the same beach I had to go to one about a two kilometer away because the currents made it impossible to return to the same beach without just going back out to sea. By the time I got to the beach instead of being tired, for some reason I was totally fine and hadn't even lost my breath, I guess the situation just gave me an adrenaline rush.

Yeah my experience was similar. My cousin and I were like only a few meters from the shore and this massive wave came in and then dragged us away. I remember doing somersaults underwater thinking I was never gonna come up. The experience probably only lasted 10 seconds but felt like it went for ever.

You can see now how the death toll for drowning is so high one second your there on the shoreline then next your out at in the ocean.

With those situations aren't you suppose to swim diagonal to the current because swimming towards it just ties you out.

That reminds me of every January going down to the peninsula for 2 weeks at my beach house and getting dumped every day by huge waves at gunnamatta. :P

One day I will master those waves..

Water, yeah I nearly drowned when I was like 4 or 5.
I can still remember fighting for air, while the air filter was pulling me in.
I was lucky a man noticed my hair bobbing up and down, and pulled me out when he did. This is why Perth Zoo now have the duck pond fenced off.
I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to go through that!!
