![]() im not sure if any of you guys have this, or have heard of it. you have probably heard the ads on tv and just thought meh, just some more reliable shamwow. but id like to say that this actully works (hope this isnt against the rules) and no, imk not being paid to advertise it:P ive been using it for two months and I have noticed a huge difference, I used to go to the gym alot and fit it in with my sports but now that I have job etc, its too much so I got this so I can use it without the hassle of going to the gym. if any of you need to build up or get fit or do some weights, I suggest getting this ![]() post your thoughts if you have it or have used it, or even if you have seen the ad |

Is this the one that's been recommended by Randy Couture? If that's the one then it does look good. Also while recently watching the movie the Expendables I couldn't help but think that with all the tough guys in that movie Randy Couture would be the toughest in real life!

I had an abking pro, didnt like it too much and it seemed to work the parts of my body that didnt need working on. it does work, and without being sexist I doubt this is something your aunty would want haha. this is like an mma fighting excersize machine, you do mma moves and some other stuff to really work every part of your body. im a bit of a fitness freak :S it does make you feel pain the next morning tho, so I use it every second night. but I would recommend it to someone who would be totally commited to using it and building up, you cant really be assed one day and not the next because that mucks your whole routine up. every time I use it for a few days im working different parts of my body, so I need to keep telling myself I cant have any breaks haha. but yeah id recommend this anyday to someone whos committed. you need to also start off slow, or you can pull muscles though unless youve had experience with mma moves. |

LOL the closest I ever get to exercising would be filling a wheelbarow with bricks and dumping them in a skip, or chasing teenagers down the street at 2am on a saturday night

Woah that guy looks muscly as. Almost as me. JOKES lol ![]() I'm an average guy, and I do often just get lazy for a week or so and not exercise. I run half an hour a day, a couple times a week, etc. I haven't seen the ad yet for obvious reasons, but when I do I shall see how it works! P.S. MMA sounds hardcore as lol! You must be pretty fit TXT! |

Hay ive got Wii Fit, im telling you mate thats all you need OK I dont need it there is nothing of me now. If I tryed to use that thing up there id be dead or hanging from the roof it wouldnt be good. LOLz

haha well I do a shit load of sport and inbetween this, I do indoor soccer, soccer (its really called football :P) boxing and athletics. I used to compete in mma tournaments, my main fighting type of course being boxing but I stopped that. |

I used to play indoor cricket, VFL, cross country running was always fun. But im older now and ive got a few pains, How the hell do you find time for all that you do ? You must be very busy
