![]() There were rumours around the last few days that Nintendo of America were holding some sort of event on January 19th 2011. Well the event has now been confirmed and it's focused on Nintendo upcoming 3DS handheld which is due in Australia in March 2011. The event will see attenders get more hands-on game play with the new 3D portable. There will also be demos and a presentation by President and COO of Nintendo of America Reggie Fils-Aime! Also it's just a matter of time before Activision announce a Call of Duty game for 3DS...we all know one will be out alongside the others when November 2011 rolls around! Well I would love to go to Amsterdam and not just because of their coffee shops that sell heaps of different types of Marijuana. Cookies anyone? Anyway I am looking forward to this event because Nintendo have so far let the spotlight of 3DS games to 3rd party publishers. I wanna know how far along Kid Icarus, Mario Kart etc really are! |

I have never owned a portable system before but 3DS may change things! I am really keen to see Super Street Fighter 4 and the new Ninja Gaiden on the 3DS cause you guys should know I love my fighting games! Still it sounds like it's going to be very expensive so it's still 50/50! |

I am really excited for new gameplay videos, trailers for first and 3rd party games etc, that will really test the 3DS' new capabilities! Now if they only could broadcast the 3D effects on TV properly... |
