before I cart my dog off to the vet does anyone have any idea why he is scratching and scratching and scratching - only time he lets up is when he is asleep. I thought fleas, he's had the treatment every month and yet he's still scratching - he is now red under his "arms" and partly on his belly which looks pretty sore is there anything i can get from petshop or do. can he be allergic to the dog shampoo (been using same brand since we got him). cheers |

Mine is exactly the same at the moment. We were discussing this early today, and we feel it may be the dog shampoo. We will be trying a different brand from today. The only time she took a break from scratching, was when we near enough sheared her. No hair meant no getting dirty, which meant not being washed very often. Currently she has longer hair, and is being washed frequently, and is scratching like crazy. |
