Have you ever had a charge for a call to/from 19999738 on your Mobile Phone bill ? Check your next bill just in case... They cost $5 each, and are in fact the charge for RECEIVING a text message, sent by a premium text provider, even when not requested by you. From what I have read, these seem to come two messages at a time. With some phone providers, hopefully all of them, you can set to have these premium texts de-activated.
