so looking forward to it, it's been a balmy 2 degrees - phew had to turn the heating down a bit :whistle:

and no i'm not getting one of those snugglies or whatever they are called - they are everywhere this year LOL

no idea what the temp was here yesterday (during the day) but it was cold and when I left my sisters last night the car outside temp was -5 ! Sun did come out for a brief spell though

:yes: it was well below freezing all day here - we walked down to the pub for our christmas dinner - its about a mile, and it was lovely ... cold and crisp!!

in the evening we walked down to a relatives and it was noticably a bit milder, but still freezing! was surprised to wake up this morning and not see more snow!

It was -8 at my rellies house in UK when we skyped. No idea where the rain was in Perth cos we sure didn't get any, twas very hot and sticky here

It was probably that low here too, was -7 when I left to go to inlaws at 9:30 am this morning, rising to a scorching -4 by the time I hit West London

actually, it's not really funny, hope you are all staying warm and well. I am worried about my dad as he doesn't have central heating just a bar fire in the living room and he is pretty old with diabetes and lives on his own. My aunt hasn't got central heating either, just a log fire but couldn't light that Christmas day as she hadn't had it swept and there was a blockage so she's gone the last few days with no heat at all. In this day and age no one should be without central heating.
