Probably needs to pay for the latest face lift. Mind you, in fairness, a few performers have done the wineries recently - Elton, Mick Hucknell, The Proclaimers. It's obviously the in thing.

He is doing quite a few of the wineries in 2010, he's at our local one, Sirromet Winery, Mount Cotton, on 28 February.

Just after Ronan Keating. Not cheap though. They are good events, saw Elton a couple of years ago, brilliant to get so close and listen to just him and a piano. Made a change from places like Wembley.

would be good to go and see, I guess the events are small
I wanted to go and see a concert at the O2 but the thought of hoardes of people going in and esp coming out later put me off.

He is coming to Sandalford in march.

I think Sandalford usually has around 10 000 people at their concerts.

Sirromet Winery is very near to me and I really wanted to go and see Ronan Keating on Australia Day, even managed to swap my work shift, but all the tickets were sold out by the time I tried to get them

Its a lovely place to watch a concert, I saw Simply Red there last year and its nice and relaxing, sitting on the hill on a picnic blanket drinking wine and watching the concert

Glen Campbell was on in Yarrawonga these oldie stars like these venues I think because they are small and they need their old people comforts these days.

Personally we would not go to see Tom Jones, Glen Campbell as we saw them when they looked ok, and so did we, and prefer that memory. Do not want to be reminded how old we are :D
