The last few mornings our gorgeous labrador Daisy has not wanted to get out of her kennel, which is in the garage, where she sleeps. She has a pillow and doona in her bed so it is nice and warm and comfortable. I have been thinking she does not want to get up because she gets put outside when I am working or going out. She has a bed outside too. Anyway I suggested getting her a coat or jumper and Jason said no way, he reckons she is a lab and that they are bred for cold climates (well she was born in Melbourne  ). When I went to the pet shop to get the cat food earlier, I saw these gorgeous pink coats and they were in her size, so I just had to get her one. Immediately I put it on her, she snuggled up on her bed outside and is now fast asleep  Dont know what Jason will say when he gets home, I cant see him wanting to take her for a walk wearing it  |

As usual I forgot to update the date on my camera, its so bloody annoying that it reverts to 2005 everytime it gets turned off. |

I know what you mean. My wife was sorting some photos on the computer, she saw one with 2005 on it, and asked me to change it for her. I thought "Oh hell" but went into the editing program, and messed about about, and got it looking a bit better, after about 30 minutes. Then she says, there are another 147 like that................................................. can you do them as well ? I politely said no..... |

How can I change the date, I tried cropping it out and ended up with just the date left and the rest of the pic cropped out  Is it easy to do? I dont think I have 147 with the wrong date, just a few  |

Lol, when I read the first line of your reply, I thought you meant not wanting to get out of your kennel on cold mornings  |

Well she is a girl, and pink is her favourite colour  I think its about 21 degrees outside, but I am freezing and will be lighting the fire later (for me and Daisy :P ) Edited by Melibeam, Jun 4 2009, 02:23:23 PM.

You create a new tiny image with just the date, and paste it over the original date. I did it differently for that one, but I now worked out that the above method is much easier and faster. The photo looks a bit odd with the amendment, but at least it's dated correctly. |

She looks just like my Meg :dog: I think if I put a coat on Meg she'd look at me all guilty like she'd done something wrong. Both my dogs have turned into right wusses since they've been here. They were brought up in the UK for 7 and 8 years respectively but now 3 years after leaving they can't stand it when it rains and won't go out. Pathetic! |

Ah how sweet. Reminds me of the pink coat I made for Cleo. Impossible to buy a coat to fit a cat. I might have to make one for Colette she is so thin but her cage is near the heater. She looks like she's sleeping with a little smile on her face doesn't she? |

I dont think my cats would tolerate wearing coats, but they are very fat and always find a comfy bed or cushion to curl up and sleep in. As for Daisy, she loves that coat, and as soon as I say bed time she walks into the laundry looking at her coat and waits for me to put it on her, then she gets straight into her kennel and is snoring in a few minutes. On the cold mornings during the week she has not come out of her bed until about 1pm, and she has been in bed since about 9 pm the night before. I am amazed at her fantastic bladder control  |

Lol, it was on the same lot of pics I downloaded from my camera and as Shane's formal pics were on the memory card first, I just downloaded everything under that name, just too lazy to change it  |
