Has anyone ever used this? I've got a package coming, dispatched Tuesday, I've got the tracking number but whenever I enter it all I get is number not recognised (or something like that). Does anyone know the secret of tracking a parcel???

Looking at the eparcel site, I would have assumed that it should at least tell you that it has been despatched from the point of despatch.

http://www.auspost.com.au/BCP/0,1467,CH2041%257EMO19,00.html

If it isn't recognising the number, then it sounds like Aust Post do not have it as being received at point of despatch yet.

Quote:

Parcels are collected by Australia Post
The manifest file is transferred to Australia Post via the Internet (from the sender)
At the originating Parcel Centre, the parcels received are checked against the electronic manifest and a track event is created
