I had a knock in the door this morning and a post office guy handed me a package from my lovely mate Debs filled with BS stuff for me, mags for the girls and sweeties, yum yum :flowers:  :ecstatic:

A minute later after rummaging around in his van he comes back with a box and it's my free piemaker from flybys - yay !!!! Pressie for Paul

He then drives off and comes back after 5 minutes with another box filled to the brim with full size products from Coles for me to test for free and report back on, there's tonnes of stuff in there, all coles branded, lots of organic stuff too :dance2: :ecstatic: :dance2: :ecstatic:

I don't know what to play with or eat first !! Even Mutley is happy and he is now destroying the box !!

it makes pies

you just put some pastry in, chuck in a filling, more pastry on top and bobs your uncle. I know people who rave about them but it's just another gadget to me. On the other hand, Paul will love it and it was free. I'll just chuck in leftovers every evening and should keep him in pies for work forever

Never heard of them. Good job it was free, I can't imagine why anyone would buy one if they have an oven

You've got more boxes in one day than I get in 10 years

O how lovely, I love getting parcels in the mail

Have seen those electric pie makers in shops and thought they were just for cooking frozen pies, and could not see the point if you have an oven, but I love gadgets too (just dont have any more room for any more kitchen stuff).

Hope Paul is impressed

ah, but it means he can cook pies outside now when it's too hot and also when/if we go camping

Actually it came with a cookbook too with loads of ideas for both savoury and sweet pies, some look yummy. I belong to the simple savers website and most of the people on there rave about these for quick, easy and cheap meals

bit wierd really. I recieved an email via flybys askng if I'd be on a panel and asking for all sorts of personal data which I never give out. I thought it was a hoax so rang Coles direct and it turns out it was genuine. So now I get a box packed full of Coles own products once a quarter to test and report back on, get to give my opinions on packaging, pics in catalogues, uniforms etc etc and an even test new products before they hit the stores. It's absolutely fab !!!!
