So I obviously need to stop all uploads from vuse - any idea ? My UK nova ratio is 130 so not a problem

All the content in your library will be displayed there. For each piece of content, it will either say "seeding", "queued", or "stopped" in the Status column. Select a piece of content with your cursor. If you want to turn seeding off for that content, click on the "Stop" button in the menu bar at the top of the page. If you want to turn seeding back on, click on the "Start" button. It appears that will show you what is actually going up... worth looking at.

Flipping bigpond though sent me through my first phone bill - no sign of the discount they offered me !!!
