I suffer with them ... and these last couple of weeks by god i have been suffering!!! anyone else get it who can impart any advice/tips on how to stop it?? I find going to bed just about the only cure at the moment ... im sat here with the laptop jiggling around on my knees ... god the urge to scream with pain is overwhelming sometimes!!!! argh!!!! help me someone before i go insane!!!! :o :( |

I sometimes get it. Not painful though, just like something tickling my legs from the inside! Remember the Kenny Everet sketch where he was dressed as a women and would cross his legs in an over exagerated way, that I'm like when I get it
:D Nothing helped really. Massaging my legs or having a bath would calm it slighly. |
