I had my first site meeting today with the site supervisor, earthworks contractor and plumber, it was chucking it down with rain and the only shelter was under the eaves fo the house next door which is ready for its roof to go on, so not a comfortable 90 mins. Work should be starting late next week with the cement works dew to commence on the 25th of this month, at long last we seem to be getting somewhere.

I'm not sure whether to be excited or terrified, we'll have loads of work to do to get this place ready to sell then the worry of selling it, plus the work and expense of finishing the new place, I'm kind of thinking "OMG what have we done".

Question for you guys is do you want me to do a thread on the build as it happens, if you think it would be useful for anyone I'll do it (but remember it will be a blow by blow account with photos galore) if not then i'll just pop on and give you snippets if something exciting or whinge worthy happens.
