The bill for my mobile is direct debited out of an old account, last month I hadn't transferred any money in (forgot :mah:) so it didn't go through. I then get a letter saying to make the payment followed by a new bill which included the old amount on. That bill said it would be direct debited straight from account so I ensured enough cash is in there this time around. I go to use my mobile today and no mobile they had disconnected it :angry: I ring up as the payment goes through tomorrow according to their bill. It breaks down the cost and says Overdue pay immediately in the breakdown but then at the bottom that figure is taken into account and it says we will debit your nominated account on the 6th February 2008. I know it was my fault I didn't have the funds in my account at the time but still surely I shouldn't have to pay a reconnection fee when the bill states they will be debiting my account directly with this amount included???? Fooking arseholes :angry: |
