For anyone not over here yet, it takes a while to get used to Aussie snags.


I've got my butcher (a mate of 30 years) now making Lincolnshire sausages and they're selling like hot cakes! I'm getting him on to Cumberland snags next. :thumbsup:

I wonder if we could do some by mail order for anyone interested? Hmmm, food for thought! ;)

And I'm afraid to say they also taste much better if you very slowly fry them. Something I hadn't done for years (only grilled) but it is worth it every now and then :yes:
