Ok I know this is totally unreal and will never be completely attainable (whilst Im awake anyway) but my dream life is: A 4 x 2 house with large pool, but next to the beach, but close to town, but with a big garden, large veggie plot and some chooks, a dog & a Llama. I will get a job working 2 hours a day but be paid full time wages just for turning up. Hubby will win the lottery and we employ David Boreanez as the gardener :dance2: Come on you lot what would your fantasy life be? :D |

when you started on that list I thought "WOW" cos it's what we've got, but the large pool hasn't been started yet although contracts have been signed, the big garden (especially once the pool has been finished) is a no go, but I'm ok with that as it's generally too hot to do much gardening. The veggie plot is there and the fruit trees are all being bought this week. No chooks or llama cos they're not allowed, I'm retired, no lottery win and who the hell is David Boreanez ? My fantasy would be - a huge lottery win so that the house can be gutted and redone properly and we can buy some land and build my dream home   |

My dream would be to inherit (after the tornado) enough money to pay off the mortgage, buy a little boat for weekend jaunts, and to be able to work only 3 days a week leaving me free for the coffee mornings. I love my property but would like to be able to afford to have the house renovated and mostly to be able to have a gardner come in, give it a good going over then come back weekly to give me, er the garden, a regular seeing to  Especially if he is like the young gardner from Desperate Housewives  I'd like a magic visa to be given to Gemma and her family and let them be able to afford to live just down the road. Apart from that I am very happy as I am  |

At the moment, all I'd like is enough to be free of debt and people clamouring for a bit of my soul. :irked: :upset:  Then ... some wheels would be nice so that I could get to the Port Douglas meeting and go and stay in my new bedroom at Sasha's place for a coupla daze (sic)!!! :drunk: After that, I could continue on around Australia and meet up with each and every one of you. :grouphug: Or better still, fly all of us (first class, of course) to the Red Centre for a bang up holiday and get together.  Oh, and I'd love to take a load of under-privileged kids along too (Anne, you'd have to bring 'your' little horror  ). Can you imagine what an experience that'd be for them all with so many loving, caring nutters?!!! An unforgettable trip of a lifetime for us all! :rosetints: :sigh: |

My dream involves being 10 years younger, 20 kilos lighter and Daniel Chick.......... On a more realistic dream front....... a little less money worries, less stress for John at work and happy and healthy kids would do for me  |

Why a Llama??? It doesn't really fit in with the song does it  Give me a home among the gum trees With lots of plum trees A sheep or two, a kangaroo (a sheep or 2 or a llama just doesn't sound right) A clothes-line out the back Verandah out the front And an old rocking chair |

I didn't know you were there  It was used as the theme for Burkes Back Yard before they axed it, it was a sort of better homes and gardens type show but IMO better. |
