Heard postie so popped straight out as think it'll be raining soon and my parents told me they'd sent me a jiffy bag with a few bits in and didnt want it to get wet if it came today.

There was a bit of old wallpaper in there.

My grandparents house always had one wall of red brick-effect wallpaper and my aunt redecorated recently so my nan sent me a bit.

I know it's daft but I'm just sat here bawling my eyes out.

just what i thought too

but i'm at it too...... i picked the kids up from school and Dominic was going on at great lengths about a video their teacher showed them of an orangutan which her neice had cared for at Perth zoo being released into the Sumatran rainforerst. He was obviously really excited by this video, he told me the orangutan was called Tamara and one of her favourite things was a Qantas blanket and how when they released her they left the blanket in the rainforest for her, i was instantly in floods of tears thinking of this cute hairy monkey sitting somewhere in the rain forest bawling her little eyes out because she couldn't find her blankie..... I'm still bubbling now, i wish i wasn't such a softie.

When I was pregnant I would cry over anything. Dan came home and found me on sofa crying, it was the NSPCC ad that set me off.

I made the mistake of watching Terms of Endearment when I was pregnant, big mistake, I didnt stop crying for hours :blushing:

Bond's Beaut Bombshell

I was in Aus Post with first born one day and we were just browsing the cards and we found one, well I can't remember what it said, not soppy or vomit making but just really awwwwwwww. First born took one look at me and we both had to run out blubbing

We sat down to watch Moulin Rouge the other night. Kevan went to bed bored, tiddler followed soon after, first born and I sat there with a box of tissues between us

I totally get the bit of wall paper but she could have included a cheque as well

They also sent me a DVD of a Time Team they'd recorded, they were doing a dig at Shorncliffe, just round the corner from where my old house was!

They all went to the pub in the evening, and blow me it was The Ship where I used to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I never thought I'd see the landlord's ugly mug again

Strange seeing where you used to live on TV, it always looks so different. We saw Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares the other month when he was at the Sandgate Hotel and it all looked so strange.

Must admit, not once have I watched these and thought "I miss it" though!!! Especially since poor old Tony Robbo and crew were wrapped up in puffa jackets, scarves, hats, gloves and still saying how cold it was!! :D

If Tony Robinson turned up on my doorstep, I'd move 12,000 miles away as well  Irritating little man. Good as Baldrick though but he has no idea how to commentate or when to keep his mouth shut.
