BIS Shrapnel, Residential Property Prospects, 2006 to 2009, forecasts the following median house price nominal change.

State Percentage change (June 2006 - June 2009)

NSW -3.0 %
NT -1.0%
WA +3.0%
TAS +4.0%
ACT +4.0%
SA +5.0%
VIC +8.0%
QLD +12.0%

These %'s appear to be over a three year period, not per year.

I will have to revisit this in 2009 :)

Can we leave it till June 2009, then I can check the accuracy of the forecasts ;)

It will be interesting to see how accurate BIS actually are.
