Hi

PLease would somebody tell me the time differences for melbourne.

And do the clocks go forward and back in winter and summer?

How cold does it really get in the winter, when we arrive mid june should we wear really warm clothes or is it still quite mild during the day.

Thanks

Mo

You can check Melbourne weather at: http://www.wunderground.com/global/stations/94868.html

It looks a tad cold down that neck of the woods :)

Looks like a daytime high of 12° C this week !!

It's 18C (62F) inside the house at the moment, and it feels cold, but I am still wearing shorts and T shirt ;)

But outside in the sun, where I am spending more of my time.... it is 28C (81F) And it is Officially Winter Today :)

And that's at 11:25am here or 2:25am in the UK ;)

No one in Melbourne on here at the moment ? Still thawing out ? ....

I've just found a website that shows current TIME and Weather in Melbourne
http://www.judeandchris.com/weather.html

Looks like it is about 16C outside and 18C inside, at 11:25am

Best thing to do is get another clock and set it to Melbourne time, then you'll never catch yourself wondering if it's forwards or backwards or how many hours different anyway. I just cannot get my head around it all. Simple for most people, but I just have some sort of mental block when it comes to time differences

Its a beautiful day today here in Melly cos the suns a shinnin. However when the sun goes in it feels cold.

The temp drops to nowhere near as cold as UK winters but the houses have bugger all insulation and 3 ml glass and make things feel a whole lot colder.

You will still need all the things from UK, coats, douvets, leccy blankets etc etc :)

I have kept the computer clock in the bottom right corner on UK time and it changes automatically when they change. The three! clocks in the kitchen are on my time, works a treat.
