Any suggestions for what I should make copies off before boxing my pc up for export. E-mail's and addresses,passwords,website addresses.

copy it all onto a memory stick or disc....you could also copy bank statements, references, anything you might want a paper copy of....bung it on a memory stick or disk and voila - its all at your fingertips!

Depending on the size of documents, you can also email things to yourself, just before closing down the computer for the last time, and then download your emails when you are up and running again.

But use an email address that you don't do auto downloads from, so you can get them only when you want them.

If you have a DVD writer, it may be worth doing as full a backup as possible.

If you have too much stuff to fit on memory sticks you could always buy an external hard drive to back things up with. Mine cost about £80 is 80 Gb and simply plugs into the USB port.
