Brisbane Average $245 in March 2004 and has increased by 14.3% to $280 in March 2006

Bayside $230 in March 2004 and has increased by 17.4% to $270 in March 2006
City Inner $300 in March 2004 and has increased by 10.0% to $330 in March 2006
North - Inner $255 in March 2004 and has increased by 13.7% to $290 in March 2006
